Private Hospital Bookings

Dr Vivian Yang operates privately at Macquarie University Hospital - Macquarie and Sydney Adventist Hospital – Wahroonga.

Public Hospital Bookings

Dr Yang attends Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Please keep in mind there is a waitlist for Dr Vivian Yang at RPAH.

If you have been given a Hospital consent form for RPAH & a date has not yet been provided, you will need to hold onto this consent form until we contact you to provide a date for your surgery. Once you have been given a date for RPAH you will then need to complete the consent form and submit to the Hospital prior to the date provided.

Ref letter, Medicare card, Health fund details ( if possible ) clinical notes including ultrasound and CT (if these have been performed). Please bring the images as well as the report if you have access to these.
